Our primary goals are to:

  • Provide scholarships for students

  • Fund items not covered in the SPS budget
  • Thank the teachers, staff, and administration with appreciation events
  • Foster a sense of community within our school

The Book Fair Is Coming!

11/16/2025 10:34 pm

The CPO is bringing the Scholastic Book Fair back to Curtis from December 8th-12th!

You can already set up an eWallet so that your student can shop at the Book Fair without having to bring cash to school. You can also preview books online now and shop online during Book Fair week. A portion of all sales will go to the school library, so the more books you buy, the more books the school can buy, too.

We are also looking for parent volunteers to help with checkout during the Book Fair. Sign up for a slot here.

Are you a hockey parent who also loves to help? If so, we are looking for a volunteer to coordinate a Providence Bruins game as a Curtis fundraiser. The CPO will put you in touch with the P-Bruins contact to coordinate a date and ticket details and to tell you about how students can also get out on the ice!

Interested? Contact us at: board@curtiscpo.org - we would love your help!

Support the Curtis Annual Fund

8/1/2025 7:08 pm

As we approach the holiday season, please consider a tax-deductible donation to the CPO to help support cultural, creative, and educational programming at Curtis. The CPO supports a variety of programs and initiatives, including cultural enrichment, student scholarships, student social events, end-of-year activities, classroom curriculum aids for teachers, UA supplies, recess equipment, teacher appreciation events, the tile project in the school hallways, outdoor beautification projects, and much more! These are all important additions to the Curtis community and they truly improve the students’ experience at Curtis Middle School.

This is all possible because of the generosity of the Curtis community. Your money goes directly to work for the students and for the school, improving your child’s learning experience.

Donations can be made online. Please check if your company offers a match to your donation.

Please note that donation acknowledgment letters will be provided by request only. If you require a letter for tax purposes, please email a request to cpotreasurer@gmail.com.
