Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year!

The Curtis CPO warmly welcomes everyone to the 2026–2027 school year! We hope our students and families are settling into the excitement of a new school year. A special welcome to our incoming 6th grade students and all of the families who are new to the Curtis community!

The Curtis CPO Messenger is a bimonthly newsletter designed to keep families informed about upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, student activities, and other ways to be involved in the Curtis community. Throughout the year, the CPO helps support student experiences, school community events, teacher and staff appreciation, and other initiatives that enrich our students’ time at Curtis.

Ways to Support Curtis 

One of the primary ways the CPO is able to fund these programs and activities is through the CPO Annual Fund. Families who are able are invited to consider a minimum donation of $20. Every contribution, large or small, makes a difference and helps us continue creating meaningful experiences for our students and staff.

And don’t forget about another easy way to help: the textile donation bin at Curtis! Your donations help generate funds for the CPO while giving those unwanted items a new purpose.

Everyone Is Part of the CPO!

There is no separate membership process or fee to join the CPO. Every Curtis family is part of our community, and there are many ways to participate, from volunteering and attending events to donating, sharing ideas, or simply staying informed.

Please subscribe through Membership Toolkit → My Account → Subscriptions so you don’t miss important updates throughout the year. You can also join the Curtis Parent Organization on Facebook. 

We’re grateful for the families, teachers, staff, and volunteers who make the Curtis community such a special place. We have some exciting things planned for the year ahead, and we can’t wait to share them with you! If you would like to learn more ways you can support the school through CPO initiatives, please reach out to board@curtiscpo.org.

Update Family Info in the Directory

Review/Update Your Family Information:

Please take a moment to log in to the CPO site to confirm your family information: 

• Log in to your Membership Toolkit at the Curtis CPO website

• Go to My Account → Update Directory Information

• Confirm if you would like to receive the CPO Newsletter 
• In "Directory Publish Preferences," select which information you want to appear in the directory 

While logged in, please consider donating to the CPO through our Annual Fund. The Curtis Online Directory will be available for purchase in the coming weeks!

Earn Money for the CPO

The CPO earns money by filling the textile bins located in the Curtis parking lot. A check is sent to the CPO based upon the weight of the monthly donations.

The company takes footwear, clothing, linens, and stuffed animals. When cleaning out, bring those bags of textiles to the bins to earn money for the CPO! Please remember to bag your donations.

Curtis Gear

The Curtis online store is open throughout the year with lots of Curtis spirit wear and gear, including clothing, hats, bags, and more. We have t-shirts and shorts, which are perfect for summer!
