The Curtis Parent Organization (CPO) is a nonprofit organization, run by volunteers, comprised of parents and guardians of Ephraim Curtis Middle School students.

Our mission is to support the school with volunteers and funding for events and activities, enrichment programs, scholarships, and items for the teachers, staff, and administration that will enrich students’ experiences.

Our primary goals are to:

• Provide scholarships for students;
• Offer cultural and creative enrichment programs;
• Fund items not covered in the SPS budget;
• Thank the teachers, staff, and administration with appreciation events; and
• Foster a sense of community within our school.

 Ways to Support the CPO!

• CPO Direct Appeal: Donate to support CPO events, activities, and educational programs.
• Business Sponsorship: Promote your business to Curtis families while supporting school programs (now open for 2026-2027 school year).
• Bay State Textiles: Did you know the CPO earns money from the white donation bin in the Curtis parking lot? Donation list includes (clean & dry) clothing, linens, stuffed animals, and shoes. 
• Box Tops for Education: Download the Box Tops app and upload receipts to earn money for the CPO.
